Subscribe to Caller ID service from SGC to have the calling name and number appear on your caller ID phone. To use Caller ID you must have a phone that will show the calling name and number. A caller ID phone require batteries or power to display the calling name and number. You must subscribe to the service in order for Caller ID to work with your phone. If you are an SGC-TV customer you can have your caller ID show up on your TV screen.
